Circle Up is a transformative 10-session program for men who want to get more out of life, and who are willing to challenge themselves to raise their game to a higher level.Whether you want to be a better father, a better partner, or a better leader, we support and honour your commitment to improving yourself.Circle Up runs over a 20 week period, with a session every 2 weeks, typically on weeknights.

What's Circle Up?
Circle Up is designed to support your growth as a man and the goals of each of the men on your team.The program was born in 2020 and has impacted well over 200 men in Canada and beyond.Circle Up is a non-profit organisation led by volunteer men whose intention and purpose align with serving our communities by helping men achieve their highest potential.
Why Circle Up Exists
Many men are successful on the outside but struggling silently inside.We carry pressure to lead, provide, perform, and hold everything together — often without a space where we can speak honestly.Circle Up exists to change that.
This program brings men together in a structured environment where they can challenge each other, support each other, and grow together.No pretending.
No hiding.
Just real work with real men.
Who runs & leads the program?
Our experienced Circle Up leadership members have been doing this work for decades and are big believers in the power of giving back.The leadership team are all dedicated to helping drive men’s achievements and success, starting by looking at the relationship men have with themselves.
What is the content of the program?

If you are lone-wolfing it, so to speak, you may discover the power of doing this work with other men. How Will the Program Help My Growth?
Leveling up means forging new habits.Just as muscles have to break down before they grow and make you stronger, you will very likely experience some discomfort. But remember, this is where the gold is, and this is where the growth actually happens!Prepare to be challenged: what will be revealed to you is likely to surprise you and those around you.
What does it cost?
The cost for registration is $100 CAD. The financial investment in yourself is only a small part of the commitment that is required from you.Men get out what they put in.
