Circle Up is an intensive and transformative 10-week program for men who want to get more out of life, and who are willing to challenge themselves to raise their game to a higher level.Whether you want to be a better father, a better partner, or a better leader, we are here to support and honour your commitment to improving yourself.During the ten intensive weeks of Circle Up, you will gain a new set of tools and context that will drive and accelerate your success and personal growth.

What is circle up?
Circle Up is non-profit, and led by volunteer men, whose intention and purpose align with serving our communities by helping men achieve their highest potential. They are there to support your growth and your goals as a man and those of the team you'll be a part of.
Who leads the program?
Our experienced Circle Up leadership members have been doing this work for decades and are big believers in the power of giving back. The leadship team are all dedicated to helping drive men’s achievements and success, starting by looking at the relationship men have with themselves.

Does everyone graduate?
Not all men make it through to graduate.This will be, for some men, the one kick in the ass they actually need.Just as muscles have to break down before they grow and make you stronger, you will very likely experience some discomfort. But remember, this is where the gold is, and this is where the growth actually happens!
What is the cost?
The cost for registration is $50 CAD.
